Shipping Areas: Koroz Pet delivers products to the US, Japan, and Europe. We offer free shipping for all orders in some areas.

We are not responsible for any losses caused by incorrect shipping information provided by customers, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to delay, and other losses. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We are not responsible for any losses caused by the shipping carrier, including missing parcels, package damage, losses due to delay, and other losses. However, we will help you contact the responsible shipping carrier. Please save all packaging and damaged goods, as they may be required for filing a claim against the shipping carrier.
